Hilltop Ministries: Nicaragua

  We are short for our July budget, and that brings up a quite scary question: Will we be able to serve and bless the people of Nicaragua in July of 2021? At the moment, we are not sure. When we do not have many monthly supporters that means that we are unable to meet our monthly budget goal for our ministry in Nicaragua. When that happens, we have to postpone all our ministry until we can get the funds to have the Bible classes, feeding programs, youth group meetings, craft classes, and our community outreach programs.  We are a non profit organization which means 100% of our donations goes into running our ministry in Nicaragua as well as providing for our missionary who lives in Nicaragua and runs our ministry for us. When you give you help feed the hungry, you give hope to the lost, you restore relationship with God that many thought were lost, you help show God's love and grace to all around.   Oh, what a beatufil night it was! We had 21 in attandance for our 1st youth group meeting in a few years in the Joya, Esteli, Nicaragua! It was amazing! Everyone was a little shy and nervous at the beginning, but by the end we were all laughing and joking around with each other. There was a peace! It was home! God is doing amazing things in the Nicaragua. This group was started out of faith, and we believe this is just the beginning. Each and every leader and youth that attends our meeting we feel have a calling and purpose over their life, and we are just the helping stones to get them where God has called them. Thank you for those you support our ministry. You allow this fellowship, training, and bonding to happen. Your support helps change many lives miles and miles away from your house, and your support is so very present and real here in Nicaragua. Thank you!   We are happy to announce that we will be relaunching our youth group program this Monday, June 21, 2021. We had a youth group back in 2015, and due to many challenges we paused our youth program.  With that said, we are proud to welcome abourd our new youth leader Diego to the Hilltop Ministries family! Diego and his family attend a local church in Esteli where they serve on the worship band and the dance ministry. Diego's daugher also has been attending our Bible classes and feeding program for the past few years, and his wife attends our craft classes when she can.  We have a peace about Diego taking the lead, and we are sure that God is going to do big and great things through him and his family. He has a passion for Christ and a passion to help the youth, and we are sure that this is just the beginning for him!
