TESTIMONIES FROM FAMILIES IN NICARAGUA

 


Last week, if you are following us or our missionary on social media, you saw that we gave out "blessing envelopes" to families we work with that are in need here in Nicaragua. When you support our ministry you are blessing many people in more ways than you can imagine. Here are some small testimonies from different famlies that received one of our blessing envelopes.

TESTIMONIES:

Please note that we will be using the first initial of their name or names for privacy reasons. 

R - "Blessings. I am very grateful for the help that you [Hilltop Ministries] gave me, it has helped me to buy medicine. I am a very asthmatic person, and was having problems breathing. With your help I was able to get my new medicine I needed to breathe better.  I am happy to receive help. Thank you."

S and J - "We thank you very much for your [Hilltop Ministries] help. It was very helpful to us. We were able to buy food for the family during these hard times. Thanks to God and to you [Hilltop Ministries] for this contribution to us.

Y and O - "I thank the ministry for the financial support that was given to my family. It has been a great help to pay for some food expenses. Thank you!"

F and S - "Thanks to God and to Hilltop Ministries for the financial help that was give to us. It helped a lot. We are very grateful and we hope that God blesses you in abundance."

B - "I am grateful for the help that I received from the ministry. My son is at a facility and the helped I received allowed me to buy things that he needed. It also help with transportation to go visit him. Thank you for all that you do!" 

A - "I was in the hospital for over a week with Covid, and the financial support that you [Hilltop Ministries] gave to my family during that week helped a lot. My kids were able to buy food and medicine when I thought we had to go without. Thank you. We were blessed by your giving. Thank you for caring for my family and for Nicaragua. God bless."

These families and many more were blessed this past week, because you took the step of faith to support our ministry. We thank you for all your support and prayers.

Hilltop Ministries has been serving in Nicaragua since January 2011. Our journey began with a feeding program on February 13, 2011. Little did we know that taking a step of faith to start this program would lead to the expansive ministry we have today! To those who have been faithfully supporting us over the years, thank you! BE A PART OF OUR MIRACLE!

 OUR MINISTRY IN NICARAGUA IS POSTPONED FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST.  Unfortunately, we do not have all the funds needed for our monthly budget for the month of August for our ministry in Nicaragua. Leadership has stated that until we can raise the funds needed the ministry will have to be postponed. This breaks our heart. Many people will be affected if we completely stop all our ministry in Nicaragua.  We are missing over $600 to reach our monthly budget for August, and here is how you can help. We know it is hard for many to give hundreds of dollars, but here is the beauty. If we can get 31 people to donate $20 we will be completely covered for August and the ministry will not be postponed!
